Legs Day

Bicep Curls - 20 reps x 3 sets

Leg Extension - 20 reps x 3 sets

Leg Press - 15 reps x 3 sets (140 lbs + rack weight)

Hip Inductor 20 reps x 3 sets
Hip Abductor 20 reps x 3 sets

Abs - Weight side bends - 20 reps x 3 sets per side

WORKOUT from 7 pm to 9:30 pm
