I rode from my apartment - to the trail and then up and down the trail

I then rode home - what an adventure !!! Good Exercise

It felt great to get out and work out all the sedentary stress of the week

Comments: The barrier of 300 seems more of a challenge every day. I can not believe the 4.6 lbs gain I have had in one evening. I understand that I did not exercise yesterday but I also was quite sedentary. These are excuses but this is also reality. I am not looking for ways to defeat what I am doing I am just swamped under the amount of work that is required this week. Sometimes it feels like if something is not done just right - Someone's Civil Rights may be as emphemeral as the morning dew.

But today is a good a time as any to return to what has worked in the past - I need to stop the consumption of alchol again - it is not that it appears that the consumption is in excess but that I allow it to break my 10 pm rule

I also need to return to the oatmeal, lean cuisine, subway plan - The structure is simple and so long as I avoid unknown caloric objects (UCO's) I will be able to maintain a more accurate accounting of my daily consumption. Trying to move away from the regimental strucutre is something that will happen someday - but at the same time I am not ready to move away.

I have an amazing support team - The SMU Civil Clinic Team, Maressa & Jennifer, My Parents (The Best in the World), My Brother (Robert) - MYSELF

This I guess is one of those retrospectives to check reality and move on
