MY NEW PLAN - 12 Days and 12 lbs at minimum

MY NEW PLAN 12 - 23 -05

  • Here is the Goal - A return to the beginning - No EXCUSES
  • 1st - Breakfast will be INSTANT Quaker OATMEAL - NO Excuses
  • 2nd - LUNCH or DINNER - will be a LEAN CUISINE - I bought 12
  • 3rd - Exercise - Everyday - At least 30 min of cardio and/or weights
  • 4th - Dinner will be photo - DINNER IS ONLY PHOTO
  • So all other meals MUST HAVE CALORIC VALUE
  • NO EXCUSES - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • NO SNACKING ON JUNK - NO CHOCOLATE / NO M&M's
  • No Marshmellow Santa
  • NO ALCOHOL - NO EXCUSES - DRINK WATER
  • NO COOKIES / NO CAKES / NO ICE CREAM
  • NO FRUIT PIE
  • NO NOTHING NADA
  • DINNER WILL BE BALANCED - MEAL -
  • CASUAL DINING - NO FAST FOOD
  • NO CHIPS & SALSA
  • NO FRENCH FRIES
  • NO NADA - NO CRAP - NO NONSENSE

SO TOMORROW WILL BE:

  • Quaker Instant Oatmeal - 2 packets
  • Lean Cuisine Lunch
  • 24 Hour Fitness - Shoulders & Chest - CLOSE AT 5 PM
  • DINNER - BEEF TENDERLOIN - MASHED POTATOES - SPINACH - ????
  • PHOTO TO FOLLOW
  • IN THE MIDDLE - SNACKS WILL CONSIST OF 100 cal packs / or other caloric value known items ONLY
  • the TOTAL INTAKE FOR A DAY WILL BE BELOW 2000 CAL - NO EXCUSES
  • RANGE PREFERRED - 1500 to 1800 Cal
