My Plan -- Healthy Lifestyle Change

My current goal is to reduce my calorie intake.

I will do this intially by:
  1. Only eating items with nutrition labels for both Breakfast & Lunch
  2. Drinking Non-Calorie Beverages (i.e. Coca Cola Zero) My Favorite
  3. Exercise -- Walking at least 30 min to 1hr to 2 hr on the Katy Trail
  4. Dinner will be either at a casual dinning restaurant or non-fast food company or will be made by me at home
  5. NO eating after 10 pm

I may change these plans -- I have had significant success with Atkins(R) and as such I may return to it. (348 lbs - 302 lbs) April 2004 - August 2004

My Current weight is 349.6 lbs

My Goal is 250 lbs --- 100 lbs to go
