Late Night Consumption - Feel Better

After the wonderful chicken tortilla soup

I had the following

Lots of Hot Tea
1 Glass of House Wine
Diet Mountain Dew
5 Pieces of Bread w/ whipped cream cheese / hommus / nutella
1 Large Banana

Early In the Day before workout I had a Honey Energy Shot Mint
120 Cal

Olive Oil on bread to prevent burn

1 bag of popcorn

I believe that is it - I know it is a lot - I got an amazing hunger spurt also I could not fall asleep it was really weird I had even taken tylenol extreme cold and my body did not pass out

But i did finally sleep - some - I do feel amazingly better but still not 100%

It is really cold outside
