The TWO week Starter Diet - Plan

Breakfast 1 Breakfast 2
1 1/2 cup cereal 2 peices toast
4 ounces 2% milk 2 pats of butter or margarine
1 apple
1 orange


Lunch 1 Lunch 2
2 pieces bread
2 pieces bread
1 slice low fat bologna 2 tbs peanut butter
2 lettuce leaves 1 tsp jelly
2 tsp mustard 10 lite potato chips ( olean)
1 banana 1 apple
1 can diet soft drink 1 can diet soda

Dinner 1 Dinner 2
large baked or grilled chicken breast 2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 cup green beans 3/4 cup red sphaghetti sauce
1/2 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup broccoli
1 cup mashed potatoes 2 pieces garlic bread
1 pat butter 16 ounce ice tea or water
16 ounces ice tea or water 1 cookie

Snack: Either between lunch and dinner
or between dinner and bedtime you
can have a 250 calorie snack of
your choosing


Choose either meal #1 or meal #2 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You must eat all of the listed items with each meal at mealtime. No between meal snacks except the one 250 calorie snack listed. Nothing else is to be eaten. Drink plenty of water. Diet soda , coffee and unsweetened ice tea are also allowed at anytime. During the 2 weeks that you adhere to this diet you should investigate other diet plans and be ready to start one of them the day after you finish this diet.
