WEIGHT 321 lbs
THIS IS A PROBLEM
BEFORE leaving for easter i was 309 lbs and then i went home and i have gained 10 lbs in like 5 days - I am really concerned i need to workout again and everything else
So starting today i am logging everything i eat no matter what it is and how many calories it may have as well as exercise - exams and graduation is coming and i need to be prepared to not allow stress and emotion get the better of me
SO the goal is tomorrow morning - back to the oatmeal / lean cuisine / lean cuisine diet with approximately 1800 calories a day
Exercise will be the Katy Trail and Gym from time to time
I am tired of this the focus needs to be on me -- I need to get the rest of this done with
